13 Beautiful, Scripture-based Invocations: Prayer for Someone Going Through a Hard Time
God is Our Anchor in Times of Difficulty
As human beings, we all know what it’s like to go through trials. It’s part of life. We can all relate to the feeling of having a challenge pop up when we’re least expecting it.
We shouldn’t be surprised when troubles come our way; we are sharing in Christ’s suffering so we’ll be happy and full of joy when Christ comes again in glory (1 Peter 4:12-13).
And, actually, difficulty is exactly what grows our character. We wouldn’t become better, stronger, if we never went through troubles.
This is what God uses to grow us and strengthen us. Struggles test our faith, and this is what will give us patience.
Let’s look at some prayers to help get through those hardships. There’s nothing like praying scripture-based words; they bring a peace and a calm that doesn’t come from using our own words.
I hope that these prayers will be a blessing to you! I pray that they bring comfort and strength to you, each one being a prayer for someone going through a hard time.
