Morning Prayers for Saturday

  1. God of Glory,

Today is a beautiful day because . . . of You.

Everything You created is evidence of Your greatness.

I praise You for who You are and all You have done!

The heavens declare Your glory, and the skies show Your handiwork.

You have watched over me every day this past week,

And I thank You for bringing me out of the darkness and into the light.

May I walk in faith and trust and joy today.

In the name of Christ I pray,

The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display His craftsmanship. Psalm 19:1

  2. Faithful Father,

You know my name, my thoughts, and the desires of my heart.

It brings my mind rest to know that the future is in Your hands

And that You are always working to bring about Your purposes.

I will always thank You; I will never stop praising You.

Thank You for Your promise to guide me with Your loving eye on me.

I am grateful for the people You have placed in my life.

May the way I live and love others bring glory to You.

I will always thank the Lord; I will never stop praising Him. Psalm 34:1

  3. Heavenly King,

Thank You that Your unfailing love for me will never be shaken.

I make many mistakes, and I am so grateful for Your generous forgiveness.

Please help me keep doubts and negative thoughts far from my mind.

Because of Your mercy, every single day is wiped clean.

A spirit of love, hope, and help can always be found in You.

I am so grateful for Your healing made possible by Jesus’ sacrifice.

May Your name be blessed forever and ever!

“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor My covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, Who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10

  4. Holy Messiah,

Thank You for Your promise of peace and constant protection.

It is so amazing to know that even before You made the world,

You loved me and chose me to be holy and blameless in Your eyes.

In You, I am forgiven, blessed, saved by grace, and made new.

Please help me do things that will refresh my soul this weekend,

And I ask You to fill me with wisdom, hope, love, and compassion.

I praise You and lift Your name up on high!

Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. Ephesians 1:4

  5. Divine Redeemer,

You are timeless – You have no beginning or end.

All things are known by You, and all things are seen by You.

There is nothing that is impossible for You to do.

It brings me great comfort to know that You are in control.

Please fill my heart with Your love, strength, and power.

I desire to go through this day with compassion for others.

May I remember that what may appear to be an interruption

Could actually be an opportunity that You are placing before me.

Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Luke 18:27
